1.1 GL Accounts

User can add/delete and edit GL accounts from this screen as shown in figure 1.

1	Acc#	GL account number, mandatory and unique field
2	Name L1	GL account name, shouldn’t be empty
3	Display Name	GL account display name
4	Currency	GL account currency, mandatory field
5	Type	GL Account Type, is it head or posting
6	Allow Direct Posting	Select if direct posting allowed for this account or not
7	Financial Statement	GL account financial statement
8	Balance Type	GL account balance type
9	Balance AC	Display GL account balance
10	Debit (ACY)	Display account debit by account currency
11	Credit (ACY)	Display account credit by account currency
12	Debit (LCY)	Display account debit by local currency
13	Credit (LCY)	Display account credit by local currency
14	Short Description L1	Brief GL account description language 1
15	Short Description L2	Brief GL account description language 2
16	Created At	Generated automatically by system, contain date when record created
17	Created By	Generated automatically by system, contain user who create the record
